Services and prices

  • BC, due January 15, 2027

    Disclosure statement

    CA$450 to 750

One campaign's statement, as one fixed-price job.

    • Every Elections BC form the statement needs, filled in from your records.
    • A bank tie-out and checks against the contribution and expense limits.
    • A list of judgment calls for you, then one round of changes.
    • Filing notes, and a free fix if Elections BC returns it for a reason inside our work.

Filing late, by February 16? We quote the same way; the $500 late fee is the campaign's to pay.

  • Ontario, due March 30, 2027

    With an auditor's report

    CA$1,500 to 3,500

For Ontario candidates whose contributions or expenses pass $10,000, who must file an auditor's report with the financial statement.

    • The financial statement prepared from your records.
    • An auditor licensed under Ontario's Public Accounting Act, 2004, hired for your job, who writes and signs their own report.
    • The auditor's fee is inside the price.

BC disclosure statements need no auditor's report.

  • Free

    Filing checklist

One page: the records, the money checks, the forms in order and how to sign and file.

    • Free to use and share.

Where your price lands in the range

  • How many contributions and expenses the campaign had.
  • Fundraising functions, loans or expenses shared with other candidates.
  • Whether the candidate was endorsed by an elector organization.
  • How complete the records are when they reach us.

A campaign with no money in or out may not need us at all: the statement is two forms, and the free checklist covers it.

Not included

  • Signing or filing. The candidate and the financial agent do both.
  • Contacting Elections BC, or answering a review or investigation for you.
  • Legal or accounting advice.
  • Audits, and the $500 late filing fee.
